Privacy policy

This policy explains how SHIFT CLUB handles information in the iPhone game and on this website. For questions or privacy requests, contact contact@shiftclubapp.xyz.

Your game stays on your device

The game stores your current board, random game state, undo checkpoint, settings, personal best and local score history on your device. SHIFT CLUB does not operate a gameplay server, require an account or upload your score history to an online leaderboard. Device backups may include local app data according to your Apple settings. Removing the app removes its local data; backups are managed separately through Apple.

Advertising

SHIFT CLUB uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to show optional rewarded videos and occasional full-screen ads between completed games. The SDK may process IP addresses, device and app information, identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic or performance data to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and maintain the service. An IP address can indicate an approximate location.

The current game requests non-personalized ads, disables Google's publisher first-party ID and does not request access to Apple's advertising identifier through App Tracking Transparency. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing and may use device storage for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. SHIFT CLUB does not request access to precise location, contacts, camera or microphone.

Google and its advertising partners process information under their own policies. Read Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Google's documentation describes the Mobile Ads SDK data disclosures.

Consent and privacy choices

Google's User Messaging Platform checks which privacy messages apply in your region before the game requests ads. Where required, you can accept, decline or manage the choices presented. When available, open the game's pause menu and choose “Privacy choices” to revisit your selection. Declining a choice does not block ordinary gameplay. Ad availability and optional video continues may vary based on your choices and available inventory.

Support and this website

If you email support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message and attachments. We use it to respond and resolve the issue. Do not include passwords, payment details or unrelated sensitive information. Website hosting providers may process request metadata, such as IP addresses and technical logs, for delivery, security and reliability. This website does not add analytics scripts or advertising cookies.

Retention and your rights

Game data remains on your device until removed or replaced. We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations. Advertising and hosting providers apply their own retention policies and may process data in countries outside your own. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent or complain to a competent authority. Contact us to make a request; information held independently by Google or Apple may require a request directly to that provider.

Children

SHIFT CLUB is a general-audience puzzle game and is not specifically directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support so we can address the request.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
